Abstract
Graphs are a fundamental building block of discrete mathematics and computer science, and Cayley graphs are one of the richest families of beautiful and important examples. 3D visualizations can instantly transform a mysterious graph into something tangible and intuitive. Shown here are a 3D-printed permutahedron, Heisenberg group, and lamplighter group. This project will expand the capabilities of producing such visualizations by streamlining the process, making the results higher quality and more appealing, and investigating other fabrication techniques.
